Despite strong thunderstorms, hundreds of people turned out on March 14 for the Responsibility is a Lifestyle: Give Back Your Gun Day co-hosted by Council Member Jarvis Johnson in partnership with Grammy award-winning artist T.I., the K.I.N.G. Foundation, PoliticalSwagger.com, and the C.H.A.N.G.E. Initiative.
The rally was held on the campus of Texas Southern University. Council Member Johnson encouraged everyone to accept responsibility to build up their communities and not tear them down.
